Continuous Quilt Binding
I just finished another quilt, and I have to say, each one keeps getting easier and easier to make. But perhaps the thing that saved me the most time was learning how to make a Continuous Quilt Binding. Holy Cow. I have done quilt bindings in several different methods and this BY FAR was the best, fastest, easiest. I followed this tutorial, and to make the binding probably took me twenty minutes (which definitely beats the three hours it took me last time!) I feel stupid that it even took me until my fifth quilt to figure this method out.
Moral of the story: If you are a quilter or hope to be one, PLEASE follow this method for cutting bias binding!! Someday I will do an actual tutorial on binding a quilt, but that will have to wait for a less crazy time…if those exist.
