Claudia of Niandra is a 22-year-old student living in Italy. Her jewelry is very chic and reminds me of Old England…It was so fun to get to know her and discover how she got started and where she comes from!  I just love these leaf earrings and the Paris necklace!  I especially love the bow ring that she’s giving away!  Read on for details! 

Claudia says:  I started to make “serious” jewelry and accessories just a couple of years ago (previously I just used to have some fun with beads and nylon strings…like every little girl does!) when I discovered Etsy and got so much inspired by its creative atmosphere,and where I also could find most of my lovely supplies, which are completely impossible to find in Italy!

       I learn just by myself, experimenting (and completely ruining many of my supplies in the try…) getting my inspiration from Etsy itself as well as from magazines, friends’ suggestions or blogs. My favorite thing about being a part time crafter (I’m a student too) is to being able to enter in some way, in other people’s lives.  I love to imagine when a certain girl, for example, will wear a certain necklace, or trying to guess what kind of person will like my work…
I love making earrings, I just can’t explain why, I don’t even wear earrings, but I enjoy making them! But lately my favourite item’s been this set of bobby pins http://www.etsy.com/listing/51368950/vintage-leaves-bobby-pinsI love their vintage style, they look precious and remind me of Belle Epoque…
    I love to read craft and fashion blogs, which I find very inspiring, and I also enjoy reading a lot (I’m a Jane Austen big fan and I also find her books very inspiring for my craft), but 90% of my free time is spent with my dog, Dusk, who’s a golden retriever.  We go out for long walks,or to the beach, but we mosly spend out time together in a [Obedience School] since I’m one of the members (I’m not an instructor though) of a dog educating and training team called Canis Sapiens,which I really trust in.

   Her other hobbies include photography and dog education.  She is very talented at making such beautiful jewelry, and one of you lucky readers will get to WIN this gorgeous ring:
